I would add to the list:
Practicing gratitude: being in the state of gratitude, forgiveness, love, ho’ponopono, wonder and awe, receptivity, openness — releasing and letting go anything that prevents us from being able to see our true selves. Once we can see our true selves and hear our inner voices and feel the vibration of wellness we will know what we need to heal ourselves.
AI might be able to point us in the right direction or help collect data, do research and gather information, but only we can heal ourselves and each of our healing journeys is unique and personal. I believe we are on the verge of a total health revolution, and I think we might find that no facilitator, coach or class is necessary in many cases. As we learn to raise our vibration through doing things that bring us joy and freedom — from light/color, to art, to music and sound, to yoga, breathwork, reiki, meditation and grounding, there are so many valuable paths to healing and we are lucky to be living in a time where are discovering that we have open access to everything we need to become and be our best selves.
